Cheese & Herb Cornbread Muffins
Hearty cornbread muffins filled with cheddar cheese, herbs and veggie bacon bits!

You Will Need (13 things)
- 130 g Cornmeal
- 130 g Flour
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese
- 50 g Pumpkin Seeds
- 50 g Vegetarian Bacon Bits plus more to sprinkle
- 40 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dried Herbs
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 8 floz Soya Milk
- 1 Egg , beaten
- ¼ cup Canola Oil
- Butter for greasing
Steps (5 steps, 35 minutes)

Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the soya milk, beaten egg and canola oil and mix together.

Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin and sprinkle the tops with some extra bacon bits.

Bake for 20 minutes at 200'C.
