A tangy cheese, beer & mustard dip perfect for a party!

Perfect for a party, this tangy dip combines Fourpure Amber Ale with cheese and mustard.

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 400 g Cheese
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • ½ Can Amber Ale Beer
  • 3 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps (7 steps, 15 minutes)

    Heat together the butter and flour and mix into a roux.

    Add the milk and stir until mixed with no lumpy bits.

  3. 3

    Add the beer.

  4. 4

    Whisk in the Worcestershire Sauce.

  5. 5

    Whisk in the cheese and mustard.

    Cook for a few minutes until the cheese has all melted and the sauce has thickened. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with chips and beer.
