Cheddar, Olive & Chive Muffins

Breakfast muffins stuffed with cheddar cheese, black olives, fresh chives and herbs!

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 350 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried Herbs
  • 200 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 100 g Black Olives
  • Handful of fresh Chives
  • 200 ml Soya Milk
  • 1 Egg

Steps (6 steps, 35 minutes)

    Measure out the flour, baking powder, salt and dried herbs into a mixing bowl.

    Grate in the cheese and add the chopped chives and black olives.

  3. 3

    Whisk together the egg and the soya milk.

  4. 4

    Mix the milk into the flour mixture.

  5. 5

    Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180'C for half an hour.
