Cheddar & Egg Croissant

Croissant sandwich with paprika scrambled eggs, cheese and spring onions!

  • Croissants
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • Handful of grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

Steps (5 steps, 10 minutes)

    Beat together the eggs with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

  2. 2

    Pour into a frying pan with a little oil and add the spring onions.

  3. 3

    Add the cheddar cheese as the eggs begin to cook.

  4. 4

    Scramble the eggs as the cook.

  5. 5

    Serve in a toasted croissant!
