These are a Russian dish.
They are easy to make & can be made ahead of time to be fried later.

You Will Need (14 things)

Dough
- 320 g Flour
- 125 ml Water
- 4-8 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Vodka
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Pinch Salt

Filling
- 250 g Minced Turkey
- Finely chopped Spring Onions
- Salt
- Pepper

Frying
- Oil
Steps (8 steps, 60 minutes)

In a bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar, vodka & olive oil.
Add the water a little at a time to form a dough.
Set aside.

For the filling...
Combine all the ingredients together.

Cook all the filling ingredients in a pan.
Leave aside to cool.

Roll the dough out to 2.5-3 mm thick.
Cut out circles about the size of a tea plate.

Place some filling on one side of the dough.

Brush with egg & fold the dough over to create a crescent.
Make sure there is no air trapped inside with the filling.

Heat oil.
Place the Chebureki in the oil & fry on one side until golden brown.
Turn over & do the same for the other side.
Approximately 5-8 mins.

Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve while still hot.
