You could craft this card for several occasions: your sister's graduation, your friend's soccer match and even Mother or Father's Day. Just to let that person know: he / she is your number 1!

Draw a picture frame on the card’s front side. Make sure the pencil lines are very thin, so you can easily remove them later. Draw a human shape, starting from the bottom side of the frame. Draw a head and upper body part which are attached to each other.
Cut out the inner area of the picture frame with a craft knife. Remove all visible pencil lines.
Grab the waste card paper. Cut out two paper stripes of 1.6 inch (4 cm) x 0.2 inch (5 mm).
Take the red & blue colored paper sheets and cut out two paper stripes of 1.6 inch (4 cm) x 0.1 inch (3 mm).
Glue a red & blue paper strip on both sides of a white paper strip. Do this also with the other white paper strip.
Put both strips upside down on the card’s front side. Measure where they should appear on the human shape (shoulder) and make the strips come together like a V shape. Attach these two parts by gluing them together or use sticky tape.
Cut off the edges a bit to make it look realistic.
Cut out a small bowl, a bar and a big circle (the medal) from a sheet of yellow colored paper and glue them together.
Glue the medal onto the ribbon shape.
Cut off the ribbon paper which is standing out on the shoulder parts.
Take a sheet of colored paper (the person's favorite color) and put the card’s backside on top of it. Draw a border around it with a pencil, so you can estimate the card’s measurements.
Draw number ones or stars in the area with a pencil. To make them all look the same, you could make a template, cut it out and trace it with a pencil several times.
Cut out the drawn shapes and glue the sheet to the card inside (or use double-sided adhesive tape). Cut off the excess paper and your card is ready!
