I've been wanting a nice way to store tea and coffee for ages and when I rediscovered these wooden chests of drawers at the bottom of a cupboard, I realised they'd be perfect for the job.
I've been wanting a nice way to store tea and coffee for ages and when I rediscovered these wooden chests of drawers at the bottom of a cupboard, I realised they'd be perfect for the job.
Find an old chest with the right size of drawers for tea and coffee. We got these at Ikea years and years ago and they were starting to look a bit beaten up.
Paint each drawer with a layer of chalkboard paint.
Leave to dry and then add bubble beads to each drawer if you like. Bubble beads were one of the first projects I ever posted on CO+K - http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/bubble_beads_2
Fill each drawer with bags of tea and coffee, labeling with a chalk pen as you go.
All done!
