You will need

2 yd Stretch Velvet Ribbon - Black 1 yd Gold Chain 1 yd Biker Chain 1 yd Classy Silver Chain 1 yd Mini Black Chain Scissors Needle & Thread

Styling Tips: 1. Wear as anklet, necklace OR bracelet!!

Instructions

1. 

   Gather materials and thread your needle.

2. 

   On each ribbon, fold over an inch, and sew. This way you'll have a nice end piece to work with.

3. 

   Sew chains onto the end of the ribbon. Make sure it's on really good! Sew each chain on with lots and lots of stitches.

4. 

   It should look something like this.

5. 

   Now wrap around your ankles with a nice pair o' heels! Tie a pretty bow!

6. 

   Untie....

7. 

   And wrap it around your neck! Tie a bow! You can double up since you have two!

8. 

   Wear one as a necklace and one as a bracelet!

9.
