Description

1. This necklace looks great when layered with others! 2. Add more or less chain fringe to suit your personal style

Instructions

  1. Small dscn4410

    Gather materials.

  2. Small dscn4413

Twist your chain so that a 4 inch piece breaks off. Twist off as many pieces as you can with the chain you have.

  3. Small dscn4416

Now you should have something like this...

  4. Small dscn4420

Pull the end of your ribbon through the top link of a 4" chain piece. Tie a knot to secure the ends of your fringe. Then, begin stringing your chain pieces onto the ribbon as shown.

  5. Small dscn4428

Continue stringing until you feel you have a significant chain fringe. When we were done, we added more chain, ours wasn't quite chunky enough!!

  6. Small dscn4432

Add the rest of your chain pieces, and then tie a knot at the end piece as shown.

  7. Small dscn4434

    Enjoy your new necklace!!
