i was looking for that cool metal fringe look. so i grabbed a bunch of chains, put sequins on jump rings and linked them together, some feather charms and a cute star zipper pull on the end of another strand to make a super rad necklace. i just used all the scraps of things i had lying around..so this pretty me cost me nothing to make.

You will need

5 Feather Charms as many as you like Sequins as many as you like Chain Findings 10 or more Jump Rings
