Chai Tea

My mother-in-law loves Chai Tea so when I found a recipe on the internet, I had to try it out. It involved loads of wierd spices which I had to grind up and then I put them in the jar. I didn't make enought first time round and ended up using 7 times the amount in the recipe!! I then decorated the air-tight jar with a handmade paper top (yes, it's Japanese script, I didn't have any Chinese script and don't think she'd know the difference!) which I covered with glossy accents to make it more durable in a steamy kitchen. I tied ribbons round the jar and added a tag with the instructions.
