Gather your supplies
you are going to make a sandwich: layer one, fabric right side up. Layer 2: fabric right side down. Layer 3: cereal bag. In between the fabric pieces you are going to put your ribbon loops. the will have the raw ends sewn into the seam. so the binder clips in the picture are holding the ribbon loops in place.
seam all 4 sides at 1/4" leaving about 2 inches to turn the whole shebang right side out. after you have turned it, gently (GENTLY) poke out the corners, you can iron under your openings raw edge, just use a pressing clothe and move quickly or you will melt the cereal bag. Topstitch close to the edge all the way around.
done!
