The wings with the holes are actually ones that my friend made for herself, but I helped her work through it over a few days. I made the extremely little pair, and also the big ones that don't have holes for myself. It only takes a couple of hours!

I apologize in advance for not taking very many pictures. I didn't think to until after I started, then as I went, I kept forgetting to take more. Eep!
Take your wire coat hangers and shape them into the wings you'd like to form. I used one hanger each for the "top wings" and one hanger to make both of the "bottom wings"..it takes some skill to get them to be symmetrical, but I believe in you.
You need to make sure your wings are securely held together with duct tape, or wrap more wire around them. Use your imagination, we just don't want saggy wings.
Next you want to neatly wrap the entire thing in white floral tape. You can do a couple of layers. This will really help give your wings some structure if you feel like they're still a little wobbly.
Cover your wing sections in your cellophane and hot glue (or, like I said E6000) in place. Let dry. Be patient and make sure the plastic is tight over them. You can do one layer on the "front" of your wings and one layer on the "back" of your wings..but I only did one that faced from the outside towards the inside. It's whatever your preference is.
You're done! Figure out some wacky way to attach them to your back. We used ribbon (not shown), but you can do whatever works.
