Try,try,try,try AND try.Practise makes perfect.

Instructions

1. Place the tip of your eyeliner just under the last upper lash and draw a line that goes to the outer corner of your eye.(this is actually the hardest part of the whole process,no kidding.)

2. 

   Imagine a letter E like in the picture.

3. Draw the "e"'s "tail" and connect it with the line you made in the step 1-voila!
