cut curved triangles and half oval base for ear(I made mine 5" high and 6" wide when flat) glue to form ear shape let dry. glue felt to inside and furl to outside. After they have dried glue to head band clamp or hold down till dry. If you have a glue gun unlike me this project is much easier.
