Recently, I came back from homestaying in Japan. I had a truckload of cute little erasers from the Daiso ($1 Store) but I found myself realising that they were so cute I couldn't bring myself to use them. So, heres a way to keep my erasers while showing them off as a cute accessorie. :)

First, gather all your materials. - A necklace chain - A good superglue - A Japanese eraser. I bought this cute carrot-shaped eraser in a packet of four from the Daiso during my homestay in Japan last month. It costed me around the same as an Australia $1 for the packet.
Normally, Japanese erasers such as these are made up of many peices that you can easily break apart. Take your eraser apart and find a good place to insert the chain.
BEFORE YOU DO THIS: see if the chain fits the hole and has enough space to seal the hole with the other peice (carrot stalk). If not, just hollow out the hole a little more with a pen or something. Otherwise, fill the hole with glue; this is where the chain will go.
Then put in the chain.
And seal it with the connecting peice. This will seal the chain onto the eraser without having to destroy the eraser in the process.
Finished! Now you are ready to wear it. :)
