Carrot Eclair

I colored the eclair dough orange and green. After spooning some orange onto the baking sheet I used 2 spoons to help shape one end into a point, then I spooned some green at the top and used a toothpick to help give a more real look. I finished this eclair with vanilla pudding inside.

Egg(s) 1 cup All Purpose Flour 1 cup Water 1 cup Butter Food Coloring
