Carrier Tidy

I'd been looking for a bag tidy in the shops, with no success. So this project was very handy. I made it a bit longer than stated to fit more plastic bags in, but that may have made it a little unwieldy. It took about an hour to make, but I could probably have done it more quickly if I'd tried.
