First, spritz your wet hair with John Frieda Frizz Ease 3-Day Straight Styling Spray or a similar hair product of your choice. Next, you’re going to french braid (or regular/American? braid) your hair and let it sit for a couple hours. If you can’t wait, just blow dry it in the braid. I used the blow dryer for about 2 minutes. When it’s almost dry, go ahead and let the braid out and let it finish air drying. The straighter your hair is naturally, the longer you should leave the braid in. Since my hair’s curly, I didn’t need to leave it in that long. The braid helps reduce frizz and volume in my case. Next, pull some strands of hair from around your face and braid them. I used my bangs and some of the surrounding hair. It’s a great method of getting your bangs out of your face! Anyway, braid each side and pull them together in the back and tie with either a clear elastic or a little ribbon. I used twine. And that’s it! If your hair isn’t all the way dry yet, you can just let it continue to air dry as you go about your day.
