You need an Icecream machine to make this.

You can use store bought caramel.

You Will Need (11 things)

  • Icecream

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk

  • Caramel

  • 13 Caramels
  • 3 tbsp Milk

  • Extra

  • Mini Rolos

Steps (6 steps, 70 minutes)

    Icecream...

    Whisk the eggs, vanilla & sugar together.

    Add the cream & milk.

    Mix together.

  3. 3

    Pour into Icecream machine.

    Churn according to machine instructions. (Approx 55 mins).

    Caramel sauce...

    Melt ingredients together.

    Stir to combine.

    Allow to cool.

    Layer rolos & sauce into Icecream.

    Pour into a tub & freeze until needed.

    Serve.
