Caramel Espresso Ice Cream

I started playing with ice cream recently and am enjoying playing with different flavors.

You Will Need (6 things)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 cup Cream
- 3 cup Milk
- 2 Egg Yolk
- 1 cup Sugar
- Espresso
Steps (4 steps, 40 minutes)

Heat sugar slowly until it's melted, stirring constantly.

Scald the milk with however much espresso you want, and slowly pour it into the sugar. Cook until the sugar is disolved.
Be very careful with this!

In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and add the hot milk and sugar mixture slowly, stirring constantly.

Once it's thickened cool it down then add the cream and the vanilla.
Keep it in the fridge overnight and then your ice cream base is ready to be used.
