I love salted caramel so I added sea salt to the caramel but it's not necessary.

I used 130 g of rice crispy as we like it sticky & soft.

You Will Need (14 things)

  • Base

  • 35 g Butter
  • 225 g Marshmallows
  • 130 g - 175 g Rice Krispies
  • Caramel

  • 100 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 1 tin (397g) Condensed Milk
  • Topping

  • 200 g Chocolate Milk
  • 100 g White Chocolate
  • Extra

  • Sea Salt

Steps (7 steps, 40 minutes)

    Base..

    Melt butter.

    Add marshmallow stir until melted & smooth.

    Add rice Krispy.

    Stir through.

    Press into a dish.

    Caramel...

    Mix all ingredients together on low heat until the butter & sugar has melted.

    Turn up the heat & stir constantly until the caramel has become golden brown & thickened.

    Pour over the Krispies.

    Sprinkle with salt if using

    Allow to set & cool.

    Topping...

    Melt the chocolate.

    Pour both chocolate over the caramel.

    Allow to set.

    Cut & serve.
