Easy to make. Tasty home made Icecream.

You will need

2 Eggs 3/4 cup Sugar 2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Vanilla 3/4 cup Salted caramel Fudge 15 Caramels 4 tbsp Milk

Easy to make. Tasty home made Icecream.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix the eggs & sugar together until light & fluffy.

2. 

   Add the milk, cream & vanilla. Mix together.

3. 

   Pour into the Icecream machine. Churn together for approximately 45 mins.

4. 

   Place the caramels & 4 tbsp milk into a pot. Heat gently until mixed together & soft. Set aside to cool.

5. 

   Add the fudge pieces to the machine. Mix through.

6. 

   Add half the caramel sauce. Mix through.

7. 

   Scoop some ice cream into the tub. Layer with caramel sauce & Icecream.

8. 

   Serve.
