Easy to make.
Caramel... Heat the sugar in a pan on low heat for 10 mins.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the butter.
Add the cream. Stir through.
Add the salt. Stir through & set aside for 5 mins.
Cake... Heat oven 180 degrees. Whisk the sugar & eggs together.
Melt the butter & chocolate together. Set aside for 5 mins.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the eggs. Fold in.
Add the flour, baking powder & cocoa to the chocolate mixture. Gently fold in.
Pour half the cake mixture into the tin.
Pour the caramel over the cake.
Pour the remaining cake over the caramel. Bake for 20-25 mins until cooked through.
Cut & serve
