If you prefer your margarita rimmed with sugar, then this is the cocktail for you with sherbet, frozen tonic cubes and a lollipop garnish.
If you prefer your margarita rimmed with sugar, then this is the cocktail for you with sherbet, frozen tonic cubes and a lollipop garnish.
Before you begin, fill an ice cube tray with tonic water and freeze.
Place the lollipop to one side and empty the contents of the sherbet packet into the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Empty the ice cubes into a freezer bag and lightly crush.
Add the crushed ice to the cocktail shaker.
Add the tequila.
Shake well and then pour into a margarita glass.
Serve with a lollipop.
