Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Prawns
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat Sauté the garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes
Add in the prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes Stir in the Cajun seasoning and oregano
Season to taste Cook for another minute or until the chicken is ready
Serve with some crispy potatoes or rice
