Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Prawns

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 150 g Prawns peeled and prepped
  • 150 g Smoked Pork sausage
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 Pepper Diced
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

    Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat
    Sauté the garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes

    Add in the prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes
    Stir in the Cajun seasoning and oregano

  3. 3

    Season to taste
    Cook for another minute or until the chicken is ready

  4. 4

    Serve with some crispy potatoes or rice
