Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Prawns

You Will Need (8 things)
- 150 g Prawns peeled and prepped
- 150 g Smoked Pork sausage
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 Pepper Diced
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 tsp Oregano
Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat
Sauté the garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes -

Add in the prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes
Stir in the Cajun seasoning and oregano -

Season to taste
Cook for another minute or until the chicken is ready -

Serve with some crispy potatoes or rice
