Cactus Tacos!

Found prickly pear in Wal-Mart and wanted to try it. Living in the Southwest it was only natural to put them in a taco!

You will need

diced Yellow Onions diced nopales Cheese Taco Shells Refried Beans Ground Beef Diced Tomatoes Sour Cream

Found prickly pear in Wal-Mart and wanted to try it. Living in the Southwest it was only natural to put them in a taco!

Instructions

1. Nopales are prickly pear cactus, I found some already diced at Wal-Mart although they also have the paddles. Sautee onions and nopales.

2. Brown ground beef.

3. Warm up taco shells and refried beans.

4. Put ingredients in taco shells in any amount that pleases you. Enjoy!
