Easy to make. Full of flavour.
Place chicken in buttermilk. Refrigerate and Leave for a few hours.
Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Coat the chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken. Cook through.
Serve.
