It took quite some time to make one but I do love the outcome of it. I had so many positive responses I decided to sell these in the Etsy shop. I made multiple but I will post these as a version. This pendant is made by taking a vintage illustration of a butterfly, applying the paper image to a 3mm thick wood board and hand sawing the piece with a fret saw. The front has a clear, three-dimensional gloss sealant and protects its surface from the elements. The reverse is painted black and has a satin silky finish. Hung from an 58cm brass chain and adorned with seed beads. Butterfly measures about 80 to 90 mm wide
