Bustle for November's Cosplay Ball
I'm going to the cosplay ball this year in formal steampunk attire and I wanted to spice up the plain black skirt I have. Therefore, bustle overskirt!

Took a lot of handstitching and a reasonaly long time, if only I had access to a sewing machine and knew how to use one lol

I would love to see a pic of this bustle in action. This was actually more what I had in mind until I found another skirt to make.
