    Making up
Begin with the head. Weave in the ends and partly sew the seam, which will run underneath the head. Stuff firmly before closing. Gently pleat the ears at the base then stitch to either side of the head. Embroider the facial features with dark grey DK (8-ply) yarn.
Sew the body seam, which runs down the centre of the rabbit’s back. Stuff firmly and then close. Partly sew the seams on the arms and legs, stuffing each piece before closing; add extra to the feet to give them a nice shape. Sew the arms and legs to the body. Remember to position the legs in a sitting position. Sew the head firmly to the body, tilting it slightly to one side to give a cute appearance. Make a pompom from yarn B and attach to the body.
Take the carrot and partly sew the side seam. Stuff firmly before closing. Fold the leaf section into loops to resemble leaves. Sew to the top of the carrot. Catch the arms of the rabbit together at the bottom and then place the carrot into the bunny’s arms.
