Cream together the sugar and butter then sift in the flour, salt and baking soda. Knead together to form a thick dough, roll into a ball and then chill for an hour in the fridge.
Roll out the dough and use a rabbit cookie cutter to cut out your cookies.
Place the cookies on lined baking sheet.
Use a small heart cookie cutter to cut a heart from half of the cookies.
Bake at 180'C for 12 minutes until golden.
When cool, spread the whole bunnies with Nutella.
Sandwich a heart cut-out bunny on top and serve!
