Cheesecake needs to set up in the fridge. You don't need to decorate the top, but it looks nicer.

You will need

Base
300 g Digestive Biscuits Crumbed 150 g Butter Melted
Cheesecake
300 ml Heavy Cream 500 g Cream Cheese 100 g Icing Sugar 250 g Chocolate Melted 1 tsp Vanilla 13 bars Bueno Broken up
Topping
150 ml Heavy Cream 2 tbsp Icing Sugar 3 bars Bueno 50 g Chocolate Melted

Description

Cheesecake needs to set up in the fridge. You don't need to decorate the top, but it looks nicer.

Instructions

1. 

   Base... Mix together the biscuits & butter. Press into a tin.

2. 

   Cheesecake... Mix together the cream cheese, icing & vanilla.

3. 

   Add the chocolate. Mix through.

4. 

   Add the cream. Whisk until thickened.

5. 

   Fold in the bueno bars.

6. 

   Pour on top of the base. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

7. 

   Topping... Decorate the cheesecake with sweetened whipped cream, drizzled chocolate & bueno bars.

8. 

   Serve.
