This classic lemon and vermouth martini combines Hernö Old Tom Gin with bursting bubbles for a delicious twist!

You will need

2 oz Gin ½ Lemon Bursting Bubbles ¾ oz Simple Syrup 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

This classic lemon and vermouth martini combines Hernö Old Tom Gin with bursting bubbles for a delicious twist!

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

3. 

   For this recipe you'll need some bursting bubbles like the kind you find in bubble tea. I was lucky enough to pick these up at a local deli.

4. 

   Add the simple syrup and sweet vermouth.

5. 

   Strain into a martini glass.

6. 

   Add some bursting bubbles and serve!
