Brussels Sprout Rum Balls
Yummy rum balls that look like yucky Brussels sprouts!

You Will Need (10 things)
- 150 g Icing Sugar
- 80 g Cocoa
- 150 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 200 g Dried Fruit
- 100 g Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Warm Water
- 200 g White Chocolate
- Green Food Colouring
Steps (13 steps, 60 minutes)

Whisk together the icing sugar and cocoa.

Add the rum.

Melt the butter and add.

Add the dried fruit and coconut.

Mix into a nice batter. Add the warm water if it's too thick.

Roll into lots of small balls and refrigerate.

Fill a bowl with icing sugar and remove your rum balls from the fridge.

Roll the balls in icing sugar to coat.

Break the white chocolate into a bowl.

Melt in a microwave by heating for 30 seconds, stirring and then heating for 30 more seconds.

Mix in a few drops of green food colouring until you get your desired colour.

Roll the balls in green chocolate until coated then place on parchment paper until set.
