You Will Need (4 things)

  • ground Pepper to taste
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Salt
  • 5 Sage leaves, chopped

    Boil sprouts in boiling salted water until barely tender and bright green, about 6 minutes. Drain. Over medium heat, melt butter in a skillet and cook until light brown in color. It should have a slightly nutty scent. Stir in sage for 30 seconds. Add sprouts, salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat and cook 5 minutes.
