Brody Knitting Pattern

A stoic little monster

Posted by KatieBoyette

About

When Brody was a young monster, he won a trip to space camp. That magical week transformed him, and all he could dream of was the day he’d become a real astronaut. But when Brody hit adolescence, his horns came in, and along with them came the realization that an astronaut’s helmet would never fit on his head. He was devastated. Fast forward 30 years, and Brody is a file clerk at NASA headquarters. He doesn’t love his job, but it does pay the bills. He tries to keep in good spirits, but sometimes it’s difficult. If you happen to be at headquarters on a shuttle launch day, don’t be surprised if you see Brody, pushing his file cart and starring out the window, a tear sliding down his sad green face.
