Broccoli, Cauliflower, And Bean Soup

You Will Need (14 things)
- 1 head Broccoli chopped
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 2 cans Great Northern Beans rinsed
- 1 can Kidney Beans rinsed
- 1 can Peas undrained
- 1 can Green Beans undrained
- 1 can Chicken Stock
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 1 medium Onion(s) chopped
- a small bunch of Kale Cabbage
- Soul Seasonings to taste
- Salt And Pepper to taste
- Water enough to almost cover veggies
- small pat Butter
Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

Start with a large soup pot. Saute onions and celery in butter in the pot.

When onions are translucent, add chicken stock (you could also use veggie stock), peas, and green beans.

Add rinsed beans, broccoli, and cauliflower.

Add enough water to almost cover all of the veggies. Season with soul seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for about an hour and a half, or until broccoli and cauliflower are tender.

Tear kale into bite sized pieces, stir into soup and serve. Bon Apetite!
