I used a tutorial from Betz White's blog. Instead of using a felted sweater, as she did, I just used what I had on hand...a scrap of craft felt. I am happy with the way it turned out.

You will need

Needle & Thread Glass Bubble Beads or any thing you have on hand for the center Felt
