Those bromine and barium symbols in the credits were just begging to become not-so-fuzzy dice for a rear view mirror. Don't you think?

Gather materials.
Draw letters on twill patch and carefully cut out.
Cut 24 3.25-inch squares of fabric and 12 3-inch squares of interfacing. Iron letters onto two green squares.
Sandwich each piece of interfacing between two pieces of green fabric.
Pin them all in place.
Sew squares together into two "T" shapes. Then begin folding into a cube, sewing one edge seam at a time, until only one edge seam remains open. Gently (and awkwardly) turn right-side-out.
Cut yarn into three 20-inch strands, and safety pin pants or tape to table to hold in place.
Braid fairly tightly.
Insert each end of braid into a corner of one die. Hand-stitch last edge seam of each die.
Display with pride.
