You Will Need (14 things)

  • Blue Meth

  • 1 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Blue Food colour

  • Cupcakes

  • 6 oz Butter
  • 6 oz Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 oz Self-Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • Icing

  • Buttercream Icing

Steps (11 steps, 60 minutes)

    Blue meth...

    Place sugar, syrup & water in a pot.

    Heat to dissolve the sugar.

    Bring to a boil, heat until 300 degrees. Do not stir!

    Remove from the heat.

    Stir in food colour.

    Pour into an oiled tray & alow to set.

    Cupcakes...

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Cream butter & sugar together.

    Add egg one at a time.

    Add vanilla

  6. 6

    Add flour & baking powder.

    Fold through.

  7. 7

    Pour into cases.

    Bake for 15-18 mins.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Pipe the icing on top of the cupcakes.

    Break up the sugar into small pieces.

  11. 11

    Sprinkle on top of the cupcakes.

    Serve.
