You Will Need (5 things)
- 1 Banana
- Handful of Oats
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- Half a glass of Soy Milk
- Quarter glass of Yogurt
Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

Pop all the ingredients in a blender.
