You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of Oats
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Half a glass of Soy Milk
  • Quarter glass of Yogurt

Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

    Pop all the ingredients in a blender.

    Blitz until smooth.

    Serve with a slice of banana and a straw!
