I made this for my handsome nephew (pictured). I didn't take pictures of the process so you'll have to deal with my directions.

Toast: Cut out a bread-like shape in the light brown. I just freehanded it. Then, using your inside piece as a guide, cut out another bread-like shape that is larger in the dark brown. Using stitch witchery, fix the light brown piece to the dark brown piece (making sure you have a "crust"). Egg: Cut out a wavy-round piece out of the white. Cut a round piece out of the yellow. Using stitch witchery fix the yellow piece to the center of the white piece. Bacon: Cut a wavy piece out of red felt. Cut a thinner wavy piece out of the light red piece. You will attach the light red later at the sewing stage.
Stitch witch the toast, egg, and bacon base to the sweatshirt wherever you like.
With dark brown or black thread, hand stitch along the outer edge of the light brown part of toast. For the eyes, decide where you want them and for each eye just basically stitch in the same place multiple times until you have a "dot". For the smile, I just freehanded a curve. Then I stitched a single wide stitch at the end of each side of the smile to make the dimple.
With yellow or gold thread, stitch around the yolk of the egg. With white thread, stitch around the edge of the egg white.
With red thread, stitch the light red piece to the red piece.
You're done!
