With the ability to change and adjust what toppings goes into each bowl, this is a great option for hosting a brunch for family and friends. Make as many or as few as you want!

Chop/julienne all of your ingredients that will go under the egg(s) and cheese. I use onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and canadian bacon, but you can certainly adjust to whatever you normally enjoy in an omelette. Saute the ingredients in melted butter on medium heat.
Fill your bowl(s) about half way with the sauteed ingredients. Add a layer of shredded cheese on top.
Add 1-2 eggs on top of everything in the bowl. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes if you have one egg, and 20-25 minutes if you have 2 eggs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with toast or english muffins. Enjoy!
