This is a delicious change from the ordinary chicken. The bourbon is cooked off so no need to worry about it being laced with booze.

You will need

Chicken 1/2 tsp Ginger Grated 4 cloves Garlic Grated 1 Chilli Grated 2 tbsp Honey 1/4 cup Water 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1/4 cup Bourbon 1/4 cup Ketchup 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/3 cup Apple Juice 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Description

This is a delicious change from the ordinary chicken. The bourbon is cooked off so no need to worry about it being laced with booze.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl.

2. 

   Put chicken in bowl & coat with sauce. Heat oven 375 degrees.

3. 

   Put into roasting pan cook for approx 1 hr. Until chicken is cooked through.

4. 

   Remove chicken & thicken sauce with corn flour.

5. 

   Serve with potatoes & vegetables.
