You Will Need (12 things)

Base
- 500 g Digestive Biscuits
- 100 g Butter Melted

Filling
- 500 g Cream Cheese
- 6 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 120 g Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 600 ml Heavy Cream
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 100 g Chocolate Melted
- 3 bars Bounty Sliced
Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

Mix the butter & digestive biscuits together.
Press into the bottom of a pan.
Set aside.

Whisk the cream cheese, vanilla, icing sugar & coconut together.

Whisk the cream & sugar together until thick.

Mix the cheese mixture & the cream mixture together.

Spoon a layers of cheesecake filling & melted chocolate until you use up all ingredients finishing with the chocolate layer.

Refrigerate for 4 hrs but overnight is best.

Place the bounty bars on top.
Cut & serve.
