Best left to set up overnight.

You will need

Base
500 g Digestives Crushed 100 g Butter Melted
Cheesecake
500 g Cream Cheese 6 tbsp Icing Sugar 120 g Coconut 1 tsp Vanilla 600 ml Heavy Cream 6 tbsp Sugar 100 g Chocolate Melted
Topping
3 bar Bounty 2 tbsp Chocolate Sprinkles

Best left to set up overnight.

Instructions

1. 

   Base... Combine crumbs & butter together. Press into a tin. Set aside.

2. 

   Cheesecake... Mix together cream cheese, icing sugar, coconut & vanilla.

3. 

   Whip together the cream & sugar until stiff.

4. 

   Drizzle a little chocolate over the base.

5. 

   Layer the cheesecake & chocolate up. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.

6. 

   Topping... Finish off with bounty bars & sprinkles.

7. 

   Cut & serve.
