You Will Need (14 things)

Base
- 500 g Digestives Crushed
- 100 g Butter Melted

Cheesecake
- 500 g Cream Cheese
- 6 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 120 g Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 600 ml Heavy Cream
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 100 g Chocolate Melted

Topping
- 3 bar Bounty
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Sprinkles
Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

Base...
Combine crumbs & butter together.
Press into a tin.
Set aside.

Cheesecake...
Mix together cream cheese, icing sugar, coconut & vanilla.

Whip together the cream & sugar until stiff.

Drizzle a little chocolate over the base.

Layer the cheesecake & chocolate up.
Finish with a drizzle of chocolate.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.

Topping...
Finish off with bounty bars & sprinkles.

Cut & serve.
