You will need

Cup Hook Picture Frame Round Paper Punch Scrapbook Paper Clear Epoxy Dots various Jewelry Findings Bottle Caps

Instructions

1. Punch out 24 circles from the chosen scrap book paper

2. Glue to the cap using modpodge and allow to dry

3. Stick on the epoxy dots

4. Attach jump rings to each bottle cap

5. Attach cup hooks to frame and hang the bottle caps.

6. Each day till Christmas attach 1 bottle cap to desired finding and make jewelry up until Christmas
